With the aim of promoting access to experts´ knowledge and encourage the exchange of
experiences, the SMCC is looking for proposals for tutorial courses lasting a half or a full day, on topics that are relevant to our community. Courses should include those advanced topics included in the SMCC agenda and can be developed in different modalities such as interactive workshop, training session or some other modality that explore new forms of interaction. There are also welcome trans-disciplinary proposal that encourage the study of a problem form different perspectives of computer science.
The proposals should include the following aspects:
Content description (goals, scope, agenda)
Instructor´s short bio
Mode(s) of exposure
References to previous editions (if any)
Logistics requirements provided by the SMCC
Participants’ requirements (e.g., laptops)
Curricular Background of participants (prior knowledge of a topic or technology)
Limitations (E.g., number of participants)

In recognition of instructors´ participation, the SMCC offers to cover the ENC´S registration fee of those instructors accepted. The SMCC has no funds to cover additional costs.
Deadline to submit proposals: September 22 nd , 2016.
Notification of acceptance: October 6 th , 2016.
Course material: November 4 th , 2016.
The tutorials will be held on November 14 th , 2016.
